This policy is available in three variations, with the most expensive plan, the Diamond plan, costing only $248 per month. The Diamond plan pays you $1,000 per day while hospitalized, for up to 100 days per year, an additional $1,000 per day while in intensive care for up to five days per year, up to $12,000 to a surgeon per incident (unlimited incidents), and up to $2,400 for anesthesia benefits per incident (unlimited incidents). Benefits are the same whether inpatient or outpatient. A $5,000 accident benefit is included, as is a $5,000 life insurance benefit.
