Judge Strikes Down Health Care Reform

A Florida judge has struck down Health Care Reform , ruling that health care reform's inclusion of a mandate to purchase coverage is unconstitutional. In fact, he not only struck down the mandate, but the entire bill:

"Because the individual mandate is unconstitutional and not severable, the entire act must be declared void.     This has been a difficult decision to reach, and I am aware that it will have indeterminable implications," Vinson wrote.

With the news that 26 states are suing for the repeal of Health Care Reform, does this spell the end for the controversial bill?
